Best vet could ever have. Tokyo is a Biewer terrier -very small. Everybody at the vet make her feel special. When she was going to be spayed, I was in such a state and the girls took me in to show me where Tokyo is going to be staying after the op. Thank you for all you do for us.
Since we have been going to city road vets we have always been made more than welcome on arrival and our dog has always been looked after extremely well. They send automated messages so you don’t miss any monthly treatments and are super quick at ensuring that you have all the information you need to ensure your pets health is looked after. The practice is well equipped, clean and laid out well so nervous pets aren’t stressed out further. The reception team and vets are all super friendly, welcoming, caring and super attentive to our dog which is all that we care about. Would strongly recommend without hesitation.

Jack and Loki have been beautifully looked after whenever they have needed a vet visit. Whether it's been Jack and his broken teeth or Loki's mystery hunger strike, all staff have always been compassionate, kind, reassuring, and incredible at their jobs - from mopping up my tears at reception to the most thorough veterinary care behind closed doors. I can't express gratitude enough.
I came in today to settle my account, having sadly had to have my lovely old rescue cat put to sleep. It still hurts. The receptionist who took my payment was so kind and actually asked how I was doing. That simple act of kindness is so therapeutic. Thank you.
